Do you offer any Gluten Free options?

Yes we do. You can have any beef or grilled chicken burger on a gluten free bun. Ask the staff for our gluten free sauces.

What if I have allergies?

We take this very seriously. Please notify the staff members about your allergies, before you place your order and we will do the needful.

What is the quality of your meats?

Our beef patties are minced everyday in the early morning and hand pressed to make sure you get the best quality burgers. We get fresh 100% breast chicken delivered daily to our stores. All our ingredients and fresh and never frozen.

What type of buns you use?

We use brioche buns specifically made only for us. We get these delivered to us every day early in the morning to make sure you get the fresh quality every time.

I tried to place an order but it was missed, although my card has been charged. Why?

When you place an order with us and pay on card, we put an "authorisation hold" on the card before the order is even accepted to confirm the card has enough money to cover the order and also to check if the card is being used by the right person. If for some technical issue we miss or reject your order, the charge is dropped within 2 to 4 hours and the money is given back to your bank. The bank however can take up to 10 business days to return the money to you. If you haven't received the money in 10 business days we advise you to contact your bank for further explanation.

How many points do i get for my order?

You get 1 point for each $ spent on your order. You get points for every order regardless of where it was placed from i.e; Our website, our mobile apps or our facebook page. But you only see the points you have earned, on our mobile apps. You can see the offers only on our mobile app.

How do i add the purchased coupon to my order?

Once you have our purchased the coupon, copy it before you start the order. Once you have added all the required items in your order go to the cart and you will see some text "Add coupon code" just above the Sub-Total. Click on that text and a field will open up. Paste your coupon code here and the code will be applied to your order. Please note the codes can only be used once and you should not share your code with anyone else
